We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partner Operations Lead to manage and optimise our partnerships with our go-to-market (GTM) partners like AWS and Microsoft, ensuring seamless operations and driving strategic initiatives to enhance our service offerings.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, operations, or a related role, preferably within the technology sector working with AWS and/or Microsoft.
  • Strong understanding of AWS and Microsoft cloud services and partner programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with AWS and Microsoft partner teams. Act as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related activities.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our AWS and Microsoft partnerships, ensuring compliance with partner programs, and achievement of required partner levels, designation, specialisms and competencies.
  • Operational Excellence: Contribute to the growth of the partnerships operation function by implementing best practices and providing coaching and guidance to the team where required.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align partnership strategies with business goals. Identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the AWS and Microsoft ecosystems.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance metrics related to partner programs. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Training and Enablement: Coordinate training programs and resources to ensure our team is well-equipped to leverage AWS and Microsoft technologies effectively.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Work with the marketing team to develop and execute joint marketing campaigns with AWS and Microsoft. Promote our partnership achievements and success stories.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise in the partnership, ensuring a positive and productive relationship.
  • Sales Support: Be part of our sales cycle by assisting the team to register and manage partner sales opportunities with AWS and Microsoft.
