What will be your role as Trade Marketing Senior Specialist?
- Continuous in-store expansion, leading to the improvement of the Motorola brand experience. Lead in-store product launches – ensure all executions kick off on time together with product availability.
- Develop and implement trade marketing campaigns aligned with local brand strategy.
- Design and execute BTL materials and activations.
- Negotiate with key Retailers and Telco Operators on locations, placements, budgets, and timing for brand expositions based on stores' potential and market situation. Manage planograms for owned furniture.
- Ensure that Motorola demo units are delivered on time for product launches. Monitor and track product availability in stores.
- Maintain ongoing communication and reporting to the EMEA trade marketing team to deliver aligned execution across all regions.
Tell us if that's you
- Polish native speaker & fluent in English.
- Ideally, 4+ years of experience in trade marketing in a global organization. Experienced in working successfully within multinational and diversified organizations.
- Capable of influencing and following through on successful plans within large, dynamic organizations. Comprehensive understanding of the latest trade marketing trends.
- Able to interface at a senior management level, clearly articulating and winning approval for conceptual ideas.
