Your Responsibilities:

  1. Management and supervision of the Food Safety System, HACCP, TACCP in the factory.
  2. Supervision over processes ensuring products compliance with food safety, quality and legal requirements.
  3. Implementing and maintaining global quality standards.
  4. Support for the management in the implementing of quality strategies and action plans in the field of food quality and safety.
  5. Oversight of activities to ensure food safety, integrity, legal compliance and quality.
  6. Recording qualitative data, analysing trends and taking action to improve quality.
  7. Participation in audits confirming compliance with the quality system and food safety.
  8. Supervision over solving quality problems in the factory.
  9. Support for individual areas of the factory in solving quality problems.
  10. Building a quality awareness culture among employees.
  11. Providing specialist support and knowledge in the implementation of quality objectives and plans.
  12. Cooperation with external organizations on quality issues.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Min. 3 years of experience as a quality department manager in the food industry.
  2. Higher education (preferably in the field of quality management, food technology, biotechnology, biology, chemistry, chemical engineering, production management and related).
  3. Excellent knowledge of food quality and safety management standards (BRC, GMP/GHP/HACCP/TACCP requirements).
  4. Very good command of the English language, enabling easy communication with the head office in the UK.
  5. Experience in team management and leadership skills.
  6. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Proactive attitude, focus on proposing solutions enabling continuous improvement and improvement of standards.
  8. Focus on cooperation and supporting other areas in the factory in the field of responsibility.
  9. Very good interpersonal and communication skills.
