Role Overview:

As a Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner, you will not simply be a recruiter – you will act as a trusted partner to key stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and driving recruitment across various functions. You'll bring your senior-level recruitment experience to manage the full recruitment lifecycle (end-to-end) and work with stakeholders in an advisory capacity, helping to build talent pipelines, improve processes, and ensure the best possible candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Recruitment: Act as a TA Partner, advising on recruitment strategies and taking a proactive, problem-solving approach to meet the business's needs.
  • Senior Stakeholder Management: Develop strong relationships with senior leaders and hiring managers across multiple business functions, providing expertise in talent acquisition and workforce planning.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, handling the entire recruitment process from job scoping, sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Talent Sourcing: Build talent pipelines and networks for key business areas, ensuring diversity and inclusion are prioritized in every stage of the recruitment process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR teams and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies, initiatives, and priorities.
  • Initiative & Ownership: Take the lead on additional initiatives such as Employer Branding (EB), internal mobility, and improving the overall candidate experience.
  • Industry Focus: Recruit for a variety of roles within functions such as finance, HR, tech, supply chain, and other typical GBS roles, or commercial roles within CPG or similar fast-moving businesses.
  • Language Proficiency: Depending on the role, strong communication in Polish, English, and additional language skills (Russian, Ukrainian) for the Commercial role are required.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in end-to-end (E2E) permanent recruitment, ideally within an in-house HR/TA function or a blend of in-house and agency experience, preferably in GBS/SSC/BPO or Commercial sectors.
  • Background: Experience in recruiting across a variety of positions (finance, HR, tech, supply chain, and/or commercial roles) within larger, international organizations (not start-ups or small companies).
  • Skills: Excellent stakeholder management skills, strong business acumen, a strategic mindset, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Languages: Fluency in Polish and English is essential. For the Commercial role, additional proficiency in Russian and/or Ukrainian is highly beneficial.
  • Mindset: A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a growth mentality and a strong "one team" approach. A willingness to take on additional projects and initiatives beyond the standard recruitment duties.
