As a trusted global technology partner, we help organizations improve processes, automate work and build scalable digital solutions. We are currently looking for an experienced Backend Engineer to join a team building and enhancing a large-scale digital experience platform used by millions of users worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript
- Build and optimize APIs and integrations with internal and external systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend engineers, architects and product stakeholders
- Contribute to the design of scalable, resilient and secure solutions
- Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices
- Support CI/CD processes and deployment activities
- Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to continuous platform improvements
- Write high-quality, maintainable and testable code
What You Bring
- Several years of experience in backend software engineering
- Strong hands‑on experience with Node.js and TypeScript
- Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices
- Good understanding of software design principles and distributed systems
- Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably GCP
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
- Experience working with databases and integrating external services
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Excellent English communication skills
- You are located in Poland
Nice to Have
- Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures
- Familiarity with GCP and cloud-native solutions
- Experience in enterprise‑scale digital platforms
