Citigroup Asset Servicing Analyst in Warsaw, Poland

The Fund Setup Analyst works in a fast-paced, dynamic environment supporting the timely and accurate fund parameterization process.

Maintaining various data tables within multiple accounting and reporting systems based on the instructions received directly from Clients or other business stakeholders. Co-operating closely with other teams within Citi both locally and from different geographic locations to provide high quality service to the client. The primary purpose of this role is:

  1. To ensure accurate and timely updates are applied in fund accounting platforms.
  2. To perform all fund static data activities as instructed to support Fund Activity, Projects, BAU, or Business Support.
  3. To actively cooperate with other internal teams within the fund assets valuation process.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Accurate and timely execution of processes within the Fund Static Team, i.e., fund launch, closure, ad hoc requests.
  2. Support team's metrics by gathering and maintaining daily logs for performed tasks.
  3. Foster strong working relationships with internal/external stakeholders, including Oversight teams, by demonstrating committed inclusion in relevant forums, projects, and business developments.
  4. Identifying and reporting any gaps and risks in a process followed by the single-handed preparation and implementation of solutions eliminating these gaps.
  5. Identifying ineffective areas within own BAU process and initiating changes for them – proposing improvement solutions.
  6. Challenge the status quo, display initiative and innovation.
  7. Encourage a positive and professional working environment.
  8. Timely answering to standard and most non-standard queries related to duties performed, adhering to high standards of business correspondence.

Qualifications:

  1. Proficient in MS Office Excel.
  2. Knowledge of investment funds, capital markets, and financial operations.
  3. Proven success as a team player.
  4. Desirable: Fund industry experience.
  5. Desirable: Updating and maintaining static data within fund accounting platforms.
