Мишукаємо для парт тайм співпраці досвідченого Hardware engineer/ PCB designer, який буде відповідати за повний цикл розробки апаратної частини IoT-пристроїв: від концепту схемотехнічного проектування до створення друкованих плат і їх тестування. Ця роль поєднує як глибоке розуміння електроніки, так і навички дизайну друкованих плат для створення надійних та оптимізованих рішень.

Основні обов'язки:

• Розробка схемотехніки: створення принципових електричних схем для пристроїв IoT.

• PCB-дизайн: проектування друкованих плат (від 2 до багатошарових, включаючи високошвидкісні та RF-плати).

• Робота з компонентною базою: вибір електронних компонентів з урахуванням їх доступності, вартості та відповідності вимогам проєкту.

• Проектування енергоспоживання: оптимізація живлення пристрою, робота з батарейними рішеннями, енергозберігаючими режимами.

• Інтеграція мікроконтролерів (MCU) та інших компонентів: робота з STM32, ESP32, Nordic, NXP, TI та іншими мікроконтролерами.

• Створення прототипів: пайка та тестування першого зразка плати, налагодження схеми.

• Тестування та відлагодження: використання осцилографів, логічних аналізаторів та іншого обладнання для перевірки роботи пристрою.

• Робота з виробниками PCB: підготовка файлів для виробництва (Gerber, BOM, Pick & Place), контроль якості та узгодження специфікацій.

• Документування розробки: ведення повного комплекту документації для подальшого виробництва та обслуговування пристроїв.

Технічні навички:

• Досвід схемотехнічного проектування, розробки цифрових та аналогових схем.

• Впевнене володіння Altium Designer/ KiCad/ Eagle для проектування друкованих плат.

• Розуміння принципів високошвидкісної передачі даних, захисту від перешкод та екранування.

• Робота з бездротовими технологіями (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LoRa, Zigbee, NB-IoT, 4G/5G, RFID, UWB).

• Досвід інтеграції сенсорів (температури, вологості, вібрації, прискорення тощо).

• Базові знання вбудованого програмування (C/C++ для мікроконтролерів буде плюсом).

• Досвід роботи з живленням низьковольтних пристроїв (DC-DC, LDO, акумулятори, системи енергозбереження).

• Навички налагодження пристроїв за допомогою осцилографів, мультиметрів, логічних аналізаторів.

• Досвід роботи з LTspice, PSpice, MATLAB або іншими симуляційними інструментами.

• Знання вимог сертифікації IoT-пристроїв у різних регіонах (ЄС, США, Китай).

• Досвід роботи з мікроелектромеханічними системами (MEMS) та сенсорними технологіями.

• Відповідність стандартам: досвід роботи з сертифікаціями буде плюсом.

• Розуміння PCB-виробництва, взаємодія з фабриками, підготовка файлів та специфікацій.

• Здатність працювати у швидкому темпі та ефективно взаємодіяти з командою.

• Уміння читати та аналізувати технічну документацію, специфікації та дані.

• Готовність брати відповідальність за технічні рішення та їх імплементацію.
