Autotorino Warszawa, a leading Mercedes-Benz dealership in Warsaw, now part of the Autotorino Group, a leading Italian automotive dealership group, is looking for a SENIOR CONTROLLER.

As Senior Controller, you will report directly to the CFO, and will be responsible for overseeing financial performance, budget control, and strategic cost management of Autotorino Warszawa. Your role will focus on ensuring financial sustainability, optimizing business performance, and aligning financial planning with Group objectives.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

  1. Monitoring company results and contributing to the definition of growth strategies. This includes the preparation of profitability and solidity analyses, controlling the budgeting process, and preparing management Group and internal reporting.
  2. Leading cash flow planning and liquidity management processes to ensure the dealership maintains a healthy financial position and can meet both short-term and long-term obligations. This includes closely monitoring incoming and outgoing cash flows, optimizing working capital, and implementing cost control measures to enhance financial stability.
  3. Monitoring and analyzing KPIs related to the financial performance of the dealership, ensuring alignment with Group objectives.
  4. Overseeing cost structures and commission-based and incentive systems, ensuring adherence to Group policies and financial sustainability.
  5. Providing strategic and operational guidance to the local Controlling Team, supporting the development of financial tools and reporting systems tailored to the dealership's needs.
  6. Managing and validating financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with corporate standards while addressing the specific requirements of the dealership.
  7. Budget planning and forecasting, ensuring consistency with the Group's financial strategies and local business objectives.
  8. Conducting variance analysis on financial performance, identifying key cost drivers, and implementing corrective actions to enhance profitability.
  9. Optimizing cost efficiency by identifying opportunities for local process improvements while maintaining alignment with the Group's guidelines.
  10. Ensuring compliance with corporate financial policies and local regulations, working closely with the Group's finance department to maintain standardization and best practices.

You are the right fit if you:

  1. Hold a Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (a Bachelor's degree may be considered with strong relevant experience);
  2. Have at least 10 years of experience in management control, finance, or auditing, preferably within structured companies, consulting, or auditing firms;
  3. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively;
  4. Have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools;
  5. Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality, leadership, and strategic thinking; ability to work in a team;
  6. Experience in the automotive industry would be a plus;
  7. Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Italian will be considered a plus.
