About the project: We are seeking an experienced Active Directory Administrator to manage and maintain the organization's Active Directory (AD) environment. The ideal candidate will ensure the availability, security, and performance of AD services while supporting user authentication and access management. This role involves troubleshooting, optimizing, and collaborating with IT teams to enhance identity and access management solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on critical identity and access management systems within a fast-paced and collaborative IT environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and maintain Active Directory (AD) infrastructure, including user accounts, groups, organizational units (OUs), and Group Policies.
  2. Monitor and optimize AD performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
  3. Implement and manage security policies for user authentication and authorization.
  4. Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups to ensure system integrity and compliance.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve AD-related issues, including replication, login failures, and policy application.
  6. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate AD with other systems such as Azure AD, Exchange, and Microsoft 365.
  7. Develop and enforce Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to standardize configurations across the network.
  8. Document AD configurations, procedures, and best practices.
  9. Ensure compliance with security standards and support audit requirements.

Requirements expected:

  1. 3+ years of experience as an Active Directory Administrator or in a similar role.
  2. Proficiency in managing Windows Server environments, particularly Active Directory and DNS.
  3. Strong knowledge of Group Policy Management and Power Shell scripting for automation.
  4. Experience with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) and hybrid identity management.
  5. Familiarity with LDAP and Kerberos authentication protocols.
  6. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  7. Experience with multi-factor authentication (MFA) and identity protection solutions.
  8. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
