Our Client is a leading global financial institution committed to delivering exceptional banking services worldwide. We are looking for a Senior Credit Risk Modeling Specialist to join our Client's growing Credit Risk Modeling team.

Regulatory Reporting Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Support the IRR Programme Director in delivering programme objectives across Europe.
  • Implement and maintain a robust regulatory reporting framework aligned with control standards and data policies.
  • Develop and oversee project plans, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and resources are effectively managed.
  • Monitor progress, track key performance indicators, and address risks, issues, and critical challenges.
  • Facilitate collaboration between Finance, Risk, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and materials for governance forums and decision-making bodies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, controls, and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to embedding a sustainable target operating model into business-as-usual activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, with the ability to drive change initiatives effectively.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory reporting, processes, and controls, or a keen willingness to learn.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and the role of financial regulators.
  • Background in finance or regulatory audit is a plus.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify improvements and collaborate effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, able to navigate high-complexity projects with multiple stakeholders.
