  1. Position: HR Manager – HR Operations
  2. Location: Home Based – with attendance to London based offices
  3. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a HR Manager, you will:

  1. Manage the administration of the full employee life cycle
  2. Provide training and day-to-day guidance for HR Admin team
  3. Oversee the HR admin shared inbox
  4. Develop, streamline, and implement HR processes
  5. Act as escalation point for complex queries
  6. Maintain strong knowledge and understanding of Right to Work legislation
  7. Proactively keep up to date with employment legislation changes and support in the development of HR policies and procedures
  8. Ensure team KPIs are met
  9. Oversee TUPE transfers, both in and out, with ER Team
  10. Utilize excellent knowledge of HR systems to access, input, and report on data

Previous experience will include:

  1. Strong experience of managing a team
  2. Ability to influence at all levels across a multi-sited organisation
  3. Ability to handle HR employee queries with professionalism
  4. Ability to work within tight and conflicting timeframes
  5. Knowledge and experience of Data Protection procedures, in line with GDPR
