We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Middle Office II to join our Operations – Middle Office team. This role is located in Wroclaw, Poland under HYBRID model.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Perform trade matching, reconciliation, settlement monitoring and prepare cash instructions.
  • Prepare reports and review data.
  • Identify discrepancies against trading counterparties and client.
  • Review work of more junior colleagues and provide technical assistance on complex matters.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and actively encourage new ideas from team members.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, science or similar.
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Wide Knowledge of financial instruments - both listed and unlisted, understanding of trade lifecycle and role of market participants.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), knowledge of VBA would be beneficial.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
