- Provide accurate, error-free customer and account reporting on time to support key business meetings.
- Support master data management and standard operational processes within the Data & Insight team.
- Build strong relationships within designated customer teams to understand their needs and drive continuous improvement.
- Engage directly with customers to present key updates and align internal resources with future needs.
- Cooperate with Delivery Operations (DO) to ensure aligned reporting of team delivery.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in data management, reporting, and dashboard creation (highly proficient in Power BI).
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with a solid understanding of ROI, margins, and customer profitability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different stakeholder levels.
- Proven track record of coaching, mentoring, and leading high-performing cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to anticipate risks, establish contingency plans, and manage changing priorities.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends to design growth-oriented strategies.
- A continuous improvement mindset with experience in assessing, enhancing, and implementing new systems and processes.
