Задачи
- Define and deliver a roadmap ensuring customers have the structure needed to power end-to-end workflows;
- Synthesize input from customers, user research, data science, and business partners to guide investments in work structure;
- Take new initiatives from 0 to 1 and scale them after validating product-market fit;
- Partner with design, engineering, marketing, and customer success to create a cohesive end-to-end journey and execute the roadmap;
- Collaborate across the R&D organization to support other R&D teams in achieving their goals.
Требования
- 5+ Years of experience as a Product Manager;
- 1–2 Years of experience working with B2B SaaS;
- Spend time directly with customers to understand nuanced challenges and synthesize research to identify and solve problems;
- Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams;
- Clarify complex concepts and write precise product specifications;
- Pair effectively with design, engineering, and business teams;
- Think systemically and create solutions that simplify complex customer use cases;
- Provide strategic insights and connect custom field and type features with the platform to address critical customer issues;
- Execute projects with high velocity by breaking them into MVPs and iterative stages;
- Foster team morale and share product management best practices;
- Embrace a growth mindset, welcome feedback, and maintain curiosity in learning;
- Nice to have: Experience building software in partnership with enterprise customers, strong product intuition, and the ability to combine qualitative insights with quantitative data to understand customer experience deeply.
Условия
- Base salary range: 29,000 - 31,935PLN
- Equity may be included in the compensation package
