Overview
We are looking for a Newsroom Digital Specialist to serve as the operational backbone of a dynamic corporate communications and news engine team based in Wrocław. This role bridges content creation and digital execution, bringing structure, governance, and consistency to publishing workflows to help scale high-quality output while maintaining a seamless and reliable web experience. You will be responsible for managing and executing end-to-end content publishing for the corporate newsroom, maintaining web pages, ensuring SEO/AEO/GEO optimization, and collaborating closely with global stakeholders.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Manage and execute publishing for the corporate newsroom, including articles, press releases, blogs, and feature content—ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with editorial standards.
- Coordinate end-to-end content publishing workflows: intake, editing, formatting, approvals, and go-live execution.
- Maintain and update key newsroom web pages (such as Awards & Recognition, Leadership, Media Assets, and Contact pages).
- Partner with communications, PR, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality publication of priority stories, providing a 'close the loop' email notification with links upon publication.
- Ensure content is optimized for web performance, readability, SEO, and user experience, while helping drive modern AEO/GEO (Answer Engine / Generative Engine Optimization) best practices.
- Monitor site health, support digital governance, facilitate clean-ups of digital asset repositories, and assist with website migrations or new page development projects.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- A mid-level professional with roughly 4–7 years of relevant experience in web/content publishing, digital marketing, or content management.
- Someone experienced enough to work independently, while partnering effectively with global stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (essential for daily communication with international teams and stakeholders).
- Strong proficiency in web publishing tools, Content Management Systems (CMS), and metadata management.
- A detail-oriented, proactive mindset with strong organizational and project management skills.
Nice to have:
- Practical experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar enterprise content publishing platforms.
- Background or prior experience in Public Relations (PR), digital communications, or corporate publishing.
- Understanding of advanced search optimization techniques (SEO, AEO, GEO) and web analytics.
