As a Motion and Video Designer you will create engaging visual stories through motion graphics, video, and animation that bring Schneider Electric’s brand, campaigns, and ideas to life. You will work across a variety of formats, from social content and corporate videos to large‑scale campaign assets, combining creativity with technical expertise to deliver compelling visual experiences. You will also use emerging technologies, including AI‑powered tools, to support ideation, concept development, and creative workflows. You will join a large, supportive team of multidisciplinary creatives within the EMEA Creative Team, contributing to strategic initiatives for an international market leader committed to sustainability, innovation and digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Create motion graphics, animations and video content across a variety of channels and touchpoints
- Bring Schneider Electric’s brand to life through 2D and 3D motion design
- Produce and edit video content, including interviews, campaign videos and social media assets
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to concept development, storyboarding and prototyping
- Use AI‑powered tools to support ideation, concept development and creative workflows
- Collaborate closely with designers, writers, project managers and other stakeholders throughout the creative process
- Transform complex topics into clear, engaging and visually compelling stories
- Create assets that align with brand guidelines and project objectives
- Maintain consistency, attention to detail and clear visual hierarchy across all deliverables
- Organise and maintain project files in line with team standards and ways of working
- Stay up to date with motion design, video production, emerging technologies and creative best practices
Qualifications – Essential
- 3–5 years of professional experience in motion design, video production or a related field
- Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Arts or a similar discipline
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and key motion design tools
- Experience with Adobe Audition or similar audio‑editing software
- Portfolio demonstrating experience in motion design and video editing
- Experience creating video content for different audiences and communication channels
- Ability to develop creative concepts and visual solutions based on project briefs and objectives
- High attention to detail and understanding of consistency and visual hierarchy
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Effective communication skills in English
- Collaborative approach and ability to work with diverse stakeholders and creative teams
Desirable
- Interest in design, motion and video trends and emerging creative technologies
- Experience working with branding systems and brand guidelines
- Familiarity with AI tools used in creative and design processes
- Experience creating 3D motion graphics and animation content
