Inviting applications for the role of SAP S/4HANA Implementation Lead.

Responsible to support and act as main facilitator for the deployment team members responsible for the implementation of the CORE S4H platform as part of the wider DBB deployment. Close collaboration with Design and CORE S4H team, ensuring harmonization in our ways of working, common standard processes, knowledge sharing and upskilling of the deployment teams.

Responsibilities:

  • You have good SAP S/4 (domain) knowledge in at least one of the following domains: RTR or Sales or Logistic Planning
  • You have knowledge in integration/interdependencies within SAP
  • You can bridge process and IT gaps
  • You can influence a wide range of stakeholders without authority
  • You can steer meetings direction and the decision-making process
  • You observe and propose actions, resolve conflicts and build consensus
  • You are a good listener
  • You efficiently manage time
  • You can include people (i.e. new joiners) and build positivity around change coming with DBB
  • You are great at stakeholders' management (i.e. design team, deployment team, etc.)
  • You can create and maintain onboarding plans for CORE deployment teams
  • You can provide guidelines on F2S workshops preparation, common approach across streams and teams (align with other PDS)

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors or Masters Degree.
  • Work experience, years of experience required in a complex international environment: Standard: At least 6+ years
  • Required work experience in field of expertise: Strong understanding and experience working within and implementing complex change projects, developing and delivering change management. Desirable experience leading technology – change implementation project.
  • Strategic thinking: Ability to contribute and develop a clear vision for the future of the organization, understand the current setup, and identify the critical areas for improvement.
  • Functional skills: Process (end-to-end) oriented thinking, planning and organization skills, analytical and conceptual thinking, Stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Problem-solving capabilities.
