Weare looking for anexperienced Recruiter with astrong sourcing mindset who will play akey role inattracting top-tier ITtalent and driving hiring excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
- Drive proactive sourcing activities using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, DOU, job boards, niche communities, and advanced Boolean search.
- Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct in-depth screening interviews toassess technical background, soft skills, motivation, and cultural fit.
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers todefine hiring strategies and market positioning.
- Coordinate and support interview processes, ensuring astrong candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate tracking and reporting inATS/CRMsystems.
- Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, sourcing efficiency) and optimize processes.
Requirements:
- 3+years ofexperience inIT recruitment inservice-based ITcompanies.
- Strong background insourcing; ideally started career asaSourcer orcombined sourcing + recruiting responsibilities.
- Proven experience hiring for technical roles (Software Engineers, QA, DevOps, Embedded, Mobile, etc.).
- Confident use ofsourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, X-ray search, talent mapping).
- Solid understanding ofmodernIT stacks and market trends.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability tomanage multiple vacancies simultaneously and work inadynamic environment.
- Upper-Intermediate English level orhigher.
