About the Role
Quick Facts Role: Lead Salesforce Developer Description You will design and lead the implementation of Salesforce solutions that fulfill business requirements, collaborating with Technical Architects and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include integrating Salesforce with other platforms via middleware, developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for streamlined deployments, applying TDD to improve software quality, and monitoring production to troubleshoot issues and maintain performance and stability. You will also provide customer-facing technical solutioning, mentor junior developers, drive code quality improvements and best coding practices, and lead team development streams aligned with project timelines.
