For one of our Clients - a leading global player in the automotive sector with more than 300,000 employees, we are looking for the Candidates for the position of: Support Desktop Operating Systems/Network Hand&Eyes.
Responsiblities:
- Provide deskside support Services for Desktop at the End User's work location,
- Manage the problem to resolution or closure,
- Perform first Operating System installation on Desktop,
- Support rollouts and upgrades of LAN Network equipment,
- Provide the network on-site support in resolving incident and problems related to LAN,
- Perform LAN network equipment installation operations, that cannot be performed remotely,
- Keep documentation of IP addresses tables for network HW.
Requirements:
- Familiar with OS installation/configuration, application installation (MS Office, VISO etc.),
- Familiar with problem solving in Windows,
- Familiar with assisting during Cisco solving problems (connecting laptop to console, setting Teams meeting),
