For our client, we are looking for an experienced Business Process Engineer/Manager/Architect to join a global manufacturing organization. This role combines business process design, supply chain expertise and digital transformation, ensuring that business processes are standardized, efficient and supported by ERP solutions.
Responsibilities
- Work together with Business Process Architects and Business Process Managers to develop and implement efficient and reliable processes building-up the Forecast to Deliver value stream: FtP (Forecast-to-Plan), PtP (Plan-to-Produce), ItD (Inventory-to-Deliver).
- Collaborate with process participants at all levels of the organisation to learn existing processes and practices as well as implement the future state.
- Assure alignment between the future processes and digital solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Business Process Management, Process Excellence or Business Process Architecture within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- Experience with defining, mapping and management of at least two of Forecast to Deliver processes.
- Experience actively participating in ERP or digital transformation projects .
- Ability to influence stakeholders across different organizational levels and functions.
- Strong communication, facilitation and collaboration skills.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to drive change in a global environment.
