We are looking for a Mid-Level Project Manager to support the delivery of IT projects within the healthcare industry. In this role, you will assist in coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and facilitating communication between stakeholders. You will work closely with development teams and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and according to plan. If you are passionate about project management and eager to contribute to successful project outcomes, this opportunity may be the right fit for you.
Your tasks
- Supporting the Project Manager in the delivery of IT projects
- Coordinating project activities, tasks, and deliverables
- Maintaining project documentation, schedules, and status reporting
- Collaborating with development teams, business stakeholders, and other project participants
- Monitoring project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Managing and tracking project activities in JIRA and Azure DevOps
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management
- Strong working knowledge of JIRA and experience with task management
- Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies as well as the Waterfall approach
- Experience in coordinating project activities and maintaining documentation
- Ability to facilitate communication between stakeholders and team members
- Advanced level of Polish and English
- Residency in Poland
