Description: STX Next is seeking an In-house Lawyer to provide autonomous legal assistance to the company and its group entities. The role involves managing the full contract lifecycle, including drafting and negotiating service agreements (MSA, SLA, SoW, NDA) in both Polish and English. The successful candidate will conduct legal research, prepare formal opinions, and provide day-to-day legal support to Sales, Marketing, HR, and Delivery departments.
Eligibility: Applicants must hold a university degree in law (lawyers, legal trainees, or qualified Attorneys-at-law/Advocates) and possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate legal department or law firm. Advanced proficiency in English (minimum C1) and a problem-solving mindset are essential. Knowledge of GDPR and cybersecurity regulations (NIS2, DORA, AI Act) is considered an advantage.
