Job Responsibilities:

• Implementation of tasks resulting from the Health and Safety Management System in compliance with legal and corporate requirements.
• Supervision and control of compliance with Health and Safety and Environmental Protection regulations in the workplace.
• Providing expert support and consultation to other departments in the field of Health and Safety and Environmental Protection.
• Developing and implementing preventive plans and actions to improve workplace safety and environmental protection.
• Supporting the process of occupational risk assessment at workplaces.
• Supporting the implementation of ESG-related goals and objectives.
• Participation in the investigation of workplace accidents and preparation of relevant documentation.
• Monitoring hazards present in the work environment and cooperating on commissioning environmental tests and analyses.

Job Requirements:

• Higher education in a relevant field (Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Protection, or related).
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of current Health and Safety and Environmental Protection regulations.
• Health and Safety Service qualifications in accordance with the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 02.09.1997.
• Experience in conducting activities promoting a safety culture, e.g., safety campaigns.
• Very good command of English.
• Independence, accuracy, and reliability in completing assigned tasks.
• Commitment to promoting a culture of safety and environmental protection.
• Teamwork skills and ease in establishing interpersonal relationships.

Nice to Have:

• ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Auditor certification.
• Experience in managing environmental systems and documentation: BDO, KOBIZE, GUS reports.
• Ability to interpret environmental protection laws, support audits, and prepare reports.
• Experience in the committee acceptance of minimal machines (AGV).
