The COO Governance department is an IT project management team focused mainly on strategic bank projects and programs, including large-scale implementations, transformations, and organization-wide initiatives. The team also supports methodology and tool selection, restructures initiatives requiring change, and regularly provides training and knowledge sharing.
Задачи:
- Lead large projects with a predominantly technological component overseen by board members and managing directors
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and business teams to implement solutions across various areas
- Manage cooperation with external partners during project delivery
- Run the project office, including selecting and maintaining supporting tools, monitoring and reporting, and coordinating project work
Требования:
- At least 5 years of experience independently managing IT projects or programs and complex organization-wide initiatives
- Practical knowledge of project management methodologies
- Ability to efficiently process information, prepare analyses, and create materials presenting conclusions and recommendations
- Practical knowledge of Confluence and Jira
- Fluent English
- Ease in establishing relationships, interpersonal skills, and openness
