We are looking for a Senior Java & AI Engineer with a strong software engineering background and hands-on experience in Agentic AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). You will design and build scalable, production-ready applications that combine robust Java-based backend systems with modern AI capabilities. We are looking for an engineer who understands solid software architecture and can go beyond basic LLM integrations to build intelligent, agent-driven solutions.
Требования:
- Strong Java background – extensive experience with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, and enterprise application development.
- Agentic AI & LLMs – hands-on experience integrating LLMs and building AI agents, tool-calling workflows, and intelligent applications.
- Software engineering fundamentals – strong knowledge of clean code, design patterns, testing, system design, and scalable architecture.
- AI application development – understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, context management, and the challenges of deploying LLM-powered solutions in production.
- Senior engineering mindset – ability to make sound technical decisions, solve complex problems, and translate business needs into reliable solutions.
- Будет плюсом: AI frameworks – experience with Spring AI, LangChain4j, LangChain, or LangGraph;
- Vector databases & RAG – knowledge of embeddings, semantic search, and retrieval-based AI architectures;
- Cloud & DevOps – experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, alongside Docker and Kubernetes;
- Production AI – familiarity with LLM evaluation, observability, guardrails, and performance optimisation
