Key Responsibilities as Team Leader / Agricultural Machinery Operator:

  • Independently organize and coordinate farm operations, including task allocation, team supervision, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Support the Farm Manager in planning field operations and conducting field inspections.
  • Coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving and issuing materials, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining records of fuel and crop protection products.
  • Maintain administrative and warehouse documentation and work with computer-based systems.
  • Oversee the technical condition of machinery, equipment, and vehicles, including organizing inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Operate agricultural machinery and vehicles in accordance with qualifications and licenses, including tractors, combines, loaders, and forklifts.
  • Contribute to the successful execution of field operations to ensure high crop quality and productivity.
  • Maintain equipment in proper working condition and ensure a safe and organized workplace.
  • Work with crop protection products and perform tasks at heights above 3 meters in accordance with applicable health and safety regulations.
  • Flexibly combine team leadership and machinery operation responsibilities depending on the farm's needs.

Professional Competencies and Qualifications:

  • Secondary or higher education, preferably in agriculture or a related field.
  • Practical knowledge of farm operations and agricultural fieldwork.
  • Ability to organize work and coordinate team activities.
  • Valid Category B and T driving licenses and authorization to operate agricultural machinery and vehicles; combine harvester, forklift, and telescopic loader licenses are considered an advantage.
  • Training or certification for the use of crop protection products is desirable.
  • Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Very good command of Polish; knowledge of English is an advantage.
