Sales Support Analyst with Romanian:

You will be interacting with customers, company sales and service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions and process transactions via phone, internet and correspondence from customers and representatives and respond to inquiries about the company's products or services.

Here are some of the responsibilities:

  • Effectively collaborating with the Sales Team
  • Extracting customer databases from internal applications
  • Contract management: assisting in the preparation of various types of contracts for clients or distributors
  • End-to-end purchase order (PO) generation and administration, including approvals and follow-up
  • Fulfilling ad hoc requests from the sales team
  • Monitoring the implementation status of various sales activities
  • Maintaining and updating data and conducting data analysis as per business needs
  • Providing tracking and monitoring on key performance indicators (KPIs)
