- Make sure delivery standards and best practices are followed across CRM projects
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools and methodologies
- Monitor project performance, KPIs and how well projects meet quality benchmarks
- Help project teams solve delivery challenges and manage risks
- Encourage knowledge sharing and the adoption of CRM delivery frameworks
- Work with stakeholders to align CRM delivery with business goals
- Coach and guide project managers and delivery teams
Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience delivering CRM projects (must-have), such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or similar platforms
- Several years in delivery management, project or program management, or PMO roles in IT or consulting
- Experience defining and improving delivery standards, frameworks and quality processes
- Good knowledge of delivery KPIs, project health monitoring and risk management
- Experience coaching or mentoring project managers and delivery teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to link delivery to business outcomes
- Familiarity with Agile, hybrid and traditional delivery approaches
