We're looking for an experienced Senior Video Designer to join our Creative team - someone who can combine their creativity with modern tools and technologies to create world-class visual content.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and producing engaging video materials tailored for digital marketing and sales purposes. You'll use the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Premiere and After Effects, as well as basic functions in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, to blend static images with audio/video clips and craft creative animations. Your experience with professional equipment, such as mirrorless cameras, digital video cameras, studio lighting, and sound systems, will be highly valued.

An essential part of your role will also involve keeping up with trends and technological advancements in the video and advertising industries, as well as leveraging AI tools like Leonardo AI, Adobe Firefly, and Midjourney to support your creativity. We will provide you with access to modern creativity-enhancing tools and a space to develop your skills while working on ambitious projects.

You're a perfect match for the role, if:

• You have at least 5 years of experience in this role
• You're an expert in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects), with basic proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator
• You seamlessly combine static images with audio/video clips, create engaging animations, and understand vertical, horizontal, and square formats
• You know how to operate professional mirrorless cameras or digital camcorders, studio lighting, sound systems, and similar equipment
• You're passionate about trends and new technologies in the video and advertising industries
• You enhance your creativity with AI tools like Leonardo AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, and others
• You have a strong portfolio that demonstrates your passion for creating engaging videos, creativity, aesthetics, and attention to detail—especially in the field of digital marketing
• Your English proficiency is at least B2 level, both spoken and written
• You have well-developed organizational and time-management skills
• You're comfortable working in a remote or hybrid setup
• You always wear a smile :)
• You know how to create videos and animations that align with the principles of sales and audience engagement
• You can produce video materials creatively, aesthetically, in line with the brief/key visual, and the requirements of stakeholders
• You communicate effectively with stakeholders, the marketing team, and other colleagues to understand their needs and expectations
• You're skilled at organizing your workspace and managing your time efficiently
• You can adapt to changing project/market requirements and are open to incorporating feedback into your work

Your responsibilities:

• Creating video materials to be used across various marketing channels and media (sales campaigns, websites, email campaigns, social media, corporate presentations, etc.)
• Participating in video campaign planning and collaborating with the creative team on scriptwriting and storyboard development
• Working closely with the marketing team and contributing to brainstorming sessions aimed at developing video concepts that boost lead generation, conversion rates, and brand awareness
• Collaborating in an environment where specialists share fresh ideas, concepts, and trends to support the creation of digital assets for diverse markets worldwide
• Keeping up with the latest trends in video content creation and emerging technologies in editing and animation
• Organizing and archiving video materials, ensuring their accessibility and technical accuracy
