Job Description in Brief:
- Employment type: B2B, Contract of Employment, Contract of Services
- Location: Hybrid mode: minimum 1 day a month in the office
- Flexible working hours: Start anytime between 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

- Recruitment process: 20 minutes phone interview with HR, Remote Task, 60 minutes on-site interview with Team.
- Distance learning products, including:
- Airplanes (Diamond DA42, Airbus A320, Boeing 737)
- Theory (ATPL, PLL, N-VRF, MEP(L))
- General Aviation Subjects (CRM, CWO, DG)
Follow EASA regulations, strictly complying with global aviation standards (ICAO, FAA, and IATA). Work with "Agility" in small, interdisciplinary, self-organized teams.
- Develop training scenarios (e-learning and m-learning) for pilots based on technical aviation documentation and professional learning materials.
- Draw up scenarios, and prepare courses using e-learning authoring tools.
- Deliver improvements to existing courses.
- Work closely with graphic designers to create visuals to boost understanding of the topics covered in courses.
- Follow team plans and support the achievement of goals and milestones (we work with OKRs).
- Research and implement new learning development approaches that help our users boost their knowledge
- Has an engineering degree in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or other closely related fields, and/or a pilot's license.
- Has excellent English skills (C1 or equivalent) and can read and comprehend technical documentation in English.
- Is capable of logical thinking and creative problem-solving.
- Is interested in new technologies and has good software skills.
- Is available for at least 30 hours a week.
