Hello,

People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change We work with clients all over the world.
For the project we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer.

Your duties will include:

  • Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter for both Android and iOS platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, to create seamless user experiences.
  • Optimize app performance and ensure scalability.
  • Implement best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and Flutter advancements.

Requirements that must be met:

  • Proven experience (6+ years) in mobile app development including current experience using Flutter.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and version control tools (e.g., Git).
  • Solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
  • Fluency in English and Polish.
  • Experience with iOS - nice to have.
