What you'll do:
  • Lead and manage marketing team, ensuring the highest standards of performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement media buying strategies across pupunder, clickunder, and native networks to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify target audiences, trends, and opportunities.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance, leveraging data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
What's required:
  • Experience in managing a media buying team.
  • Proven experience as a media buyer, with expertise in pupunder, clickunder, and native networks.
  • Strong knowledge of media buying platforms, tools, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  • Proven track record of driving successful media campaigns and achieving business objectives.
