About the Role
In this opportunity as Business Transformation Analyst, you will:
- Analyse current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops and data analysis.
- Work closely with stakeholders to prioritise requirements and align solutions with business goals.
- Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery of milestones and objectives.
- Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to inform project management work.
- Monitor and analyse go-to-market performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
About You
You're a fit for the role of Business Transformation Analyst if your background includes:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements and solutions.
- Keen interest in project management and familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel.
