Your Responsibilities:
  1. Managing international road freight operations with full ownership of shipments and processes
  2. Building and maintaining relationships with clients and carriers – clear communication is key to success
  3. Negotiating transport rates and conditions – ensuring cost-effective and efficient solutions
  4. Overseeing and ensuring the accuracy of transport documentation
  5. Monitoring and coordinating shipments to ensure on-time deliveries
  6. Collaborating with other departments such as administration and finance – because teamwork makes all the difference in logistics
Our Requirements:
  1. Experience in road freight forwarding – we're looking for someone who knows the industry and can hit the ground running
  2. Proficiency in English (B2+ level) – knowledge of German would be a strong asset
  3. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  4. Decision-making skills and the ability to solve problems independently
  5. Passion for the logistics industry and a proactive attitude towards challenges
