First Connect Insurance is seeking a Product Manager to own carrier discovery and access across 150+ relationships. You will shape the carrier marketplace and coordinate with Engineering, Design, and the business team to drive end-to-end solutions.
You will influence without formal authority, work with Scrum/Kanban as needed, and communicate across English and Polish; remote-friendly with Poland-based meetings. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration.
