Cruise Specialist – Work From Home
About the Role
Turn your passion for cruising into a rewarding career from home As a Cruise Specialist , you’ll help travelers book unforgettable ocean and river cruise vacations—matching clients with top cruise lines, exclusive promotions, and dream destinations.
What You’ll Do
- Consult with clients to design personalized cruise vacations.
- Book and manage reservations, payments, and special requests.
- Stay current on cruise line offers, ships, and destinations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and follow-up.
What You’ll Bring
- Great communication and people skills.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Tech‑savvy and eager to learn new systems.
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus (not required).
