Description

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and growth of our premium subscription service, AirHelp+. You'll take ownership of the product roadmap, define user needs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value to our subscribers. You'll be a key player in enhancing the AirHelp+ offering, ensuring its continued success and expansion.

What you'll do:

Product Strategy & Roadmap:

  1. Define and drive the AirHelp+ product strategy and roadmap, aligning with business goals and user needs.

User Research & Analysis:

  1. Gather and analyze user feedback, data, and insights to understand user behavior and identify areas for improvement.
  2. Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to validate product concepts and features.
  3. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product performance to measure success.

Product Development & Execution:

  1. Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define and deliver product features and enhancements.
  2. Write clear and concise product requirements, user stories and manage the product backlog, prioritizing development tasks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  1. Work closely with marketing, sales, customer support, and legal teams to ensure product alignment and success.
  2. Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders effectively.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  1. Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
  2. Use data to inform product decisions, prioritize initiatives, and generate regular reports and dashboards to track progress and communicate results.

AirHelp+ specific tasks:

  1. Constantly improve the value proposition of the AirHelp+ subscription.
  2. Find ways to increase customer retention, reduce churn rate, and work on the expansion of AirHelp+ benefits.
Ideally, you'll bring with you:
  1. A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering) or an equivalent.
  2. Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a subscription-based or e-commerce environment.
  3. Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
  6. Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  7. Experience with customer retention and churn reduction strategies.
  8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  9. Airline travel industry knowledge is a plus.
