Position summary:

We're looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist with German to join our team supporting EU countries, Singapore and Dubai. In this position, you will perform accounting and administrative tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Reviewing and processing invoices.
  2. Preparing and processing accounts payable batch and manual payments.
  3. Reviewing and auditing expense claims.
  4. Reconciling the transitory account.
  5. Vendor file maintenance.
  6. Proper archiving of all documents.
  7. Assisting in month-end closing.

Requirements for the position:

  1. 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.
  2. Experience with SAP.
  3. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  4. German and English at at least B2 level (both written and spoken).
  5. Attention to detail and accuracy.
  6. Being process-driven and well-organized, with sufficient flexibility to accommodate ad hoc requests.
  7. Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
  8. Sense of urgency and commitment in achieving goals.
  9. Being professional and ethical with high integrity.
  10. Ability to work from our office at least 2 times per month.

Nice to have:
