Poszukujemy Transfers Technical Product Managera, który będzie odpowiedzialny za rozwój i optymalizację procesów związanych z transferami pieniężnymi. W tej roli kluczowe będzie identyfikowanie nowych możliwości biznesowych, analiza danych oraz współpraca z interesariuszami w celu doskonalenia usług transferowych.

Wymagania:

  • Minimum 1+ rok doświadczenia w obszarze transferów pieniężnych.
  • Minimum 3+ lata doświadczenia w instytucji finansowej lub software house.
  • Umiejętność przekładania potrzeb klientów na jasne i użyteczne wymagania produktowe.
  • Dogłębna wiedza na temat najnowszych trendów związanych z transferami pieniężnymi.
  • Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne i zarządzania interesariuszami.
  • Zdolność do opracowania szczegółowego długoterminowego planu pracy.
  • Zrozumienie zależności między aplikacjami i systemami w obszarze transferów.
  • Umiejętność prowadzenia dyskusji technicznych i rekomendowania rozwiązań architektonicznych.
  • Zdolność do analizy danych i prezentowania wniosków.
  • Doświadczenie w uczestnictwie w projektach rozwoju produktów.

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Zwiększanie wartości dla klientów poprzez poszukiwanie nowych możliwości i sprawianie, by pokochali ZEN.
  • Pełna odpowiedzialność za inicjatywy związane z transferami płatniczymi.
  • Analiza kluczowych wskaźników wydajności produktu w celu identyfikacji nowych możliwości biznesowych.
  • Poprawa wyników biznesowych firmy związanych z transferami.
  • Prowadzenie badań rynkowych i analiz konkurencji.
  • Zarządzanie relacjami z interesariuszami.
  • Testowanie funkcjonalności biznesowych przed wdrożeniem produktu.
  • Realny wpływ na kształtowanie aplikacji mobilnej ZEN.COM.
  • Pracę w środowisku, w którym liczy się innowacyjność i skuteczność.
