Join G2A.COM as an Ads Product Manager to work on ambitious projects and design effective advertising solutions for one of the leading e-commerce platforms in the world. You will co-create and develop advertising and monetization strategies on a global scale, as well as shape the development of advertising products and design new formats and business models.

You're a perfect match for the role, if:
  • You have a minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role in the field of digital advertising and monetization in e-commerce.
  • You possess practical knowledge of advertising products and monetization strategies (e.g. CPC, CPM, CPA).
  • You have a strong understanding of Programmatic.
  • You have experience managing the full project lifecycle – from concept to implementation and optimization.
  • You are proficient in data analysis and decision-making based on insights (e.g. Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau, SQL).
  • You can effectively set and monitor KPIs and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns.
  • You have experience in creating and implementing long-term project strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Your excellent communication skills enable you to effectively present the vision of the advertising product and progress to stakeholders.
  • You work well in a team and collaborate with technical, marketing, and sales departments.
  • You have a deep understanding of user and market needs and can adapt the advertising product to changing trends and expectations.
  • Your English proficiency is at least B2 level, both spoken and written.
  • You have an analytical mindset, able to identify problems, develop solutions, and take corrective actions.
  • You think strategically and always act with a business goal in mind – you can combine data analysis with the company's specific needs, recommending solutions that support its growth.
Your responsibilities:
  • Defining and maintaining short- and long-term strategies for Advertising and Monetization in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Aligning strategies with the company's overall goals, focusing on revenue growth and user satisfaction.
  • Creating and updating the roadmap, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Prioritizing actions and features based on business impact, key metrics, and resource availability.
  • Presenting progress, challenges, and vision to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Setting and tracking KPIs to measure the success of implemented solutions and overall monetization performance.
  • Using data to make decisions on improvements and strategic directions.
  • Identifying potential risks and developing plans to mitigate them.
  • Ensuring timely resolution of issues impacting performance or the execution of key projects.
