Job Description:
  1. Coordination and oversight of implementation activities regarding intive's information security policies, procedures, standards and guidelines, to ensure that intive's information assets are adequately protected.
  2. Communication of security procedures and guidelines to all relevant stakeholders in their local responsibility, including adequate periodic training and awareness campaigns.
  3. Coordination of security incident handling.
  4. Perform risk assessments regarding all relevant information assets at intive.
  5. Identify, evaluate and report on information security risks, practices and projects to the Security Leadership, and provide subject matter expertise on security standards and best practices.
  6. Security screening of new services, systems, applications or processes before their activation.
  7. Ensure that the security management program is in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual requirements, especially those from intive's customers.
  8. Collect business metrics to measure the effectiveness of the security management program and report them to the Security Leadership.

Requirements:

  1. Degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration or a technology-related field.
  2. Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001 or TISAX.
  3. Hands on experience with the implementation and certifications of information security management frameworks.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high level of personal integrity.
  5. Innovative thinking.
  6. Experience with security reviews and audits.
  7. Supervisory and incident management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Professional security management certifications.
