This role involves managing the financial operations of fees and services for our Warsaw-based team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in fee structures, financial systems, and asset management.

The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Verifying and controlling management fee calculations to ensure accuracy and adherence to policies.
  • Calculating fees for institutional clients, including management fees, rebates, and delegation fees.
  • Preparing invoices and statements for fees receivable and payable.
  • Investigating and resolving discrepancies in collaboration with external partners.
  • Providing monthly accrual data for management fees and rebates to the accounting team.
  • Approving fee-related invoices in financial systems such as Oracle Cloud.
  • Monitoring and following up on outstanding fee-related invoices.
  • Serving as a key point of contact for questions related to fees from internal teams.
  • Preparing ad hoc analyses and supporting the implementation of new products or client setups.
  • Working closely with stakeholders during the onboarding of new funds or clients.
  • Maintaining and managing documents related to fee structures.
  • Ensuring accurate setup and updates in financial systems and fee control tools.
  • Contributing to the development and maintenance of fee-related IT systems.
  • Ensuring all activities align with company policies and maintaining a strong control environment.

The requirements for this position include:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in financial roles, preferably in the asset management industry or a similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of fee structures in funds and institutional clients.
  • Experience with financial systems and tools, such as Oracle Cloud or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
  • High level of accuracy, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in an international team environment.
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proactive approach with attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
