Responsibilities
  1. Lead the organization and delivery of training sessions for global finance teams, ensuring maximum engagement and impact.
  2. Conduct thorough evaluations of training programs, providing strategic improvement recommendations.
  3. Partner with CFOs and finance global and local experts to design finance training programs.
  4. Own SAP finance training programs and training requirements for SAP finance roles.
  5. Create, administer, and maintain SharePoint and other knowledge management systems, ensuring content is precise and up to date.
  6. Work closely with communications teams to showcase significant achievements and contributions.
  7. Use your own comprehensive knowledge to improve existing measurement, analysis, and evaluation methods. This involves proposing and using appropriate tools to accurately identify and document process improvements and provide more insights into team performance.
  8. Build, drive and gain support for ideas related to improving efficiency and service level quality, driving the innovation agenda.
  9. Analyze data requirements and convert them into reporting or Power BI (or similar) dashboards and presentations to report in a clear and engaging way to various stakeholders.
  10. Establish key relationships with cross-functional teams to synthesize findings, develop improvement recommendations, and assist with the execution of initiatives.
  11. Educate colleagues and gain support for ideas around process improvement, leading workshops to foster a strong Continuous Improvement culture.
  12. Establish key relationships with functional teams to partner on the implementation of process improvements.
  13. Identify stakeholders' requirements and develop solutions to ensure all training materials are comprehensive, industry-aligned, and reflect current best practices.
  14. Lead and manage moderate risk projects by independently overseeing ad-hoc projects and initiatives within the finance department, including but not limited to training-related ones.
Basic Qualifications:
  1. Extensive expertise in Accounting (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent qualifications are welcomed).
  2. Exceptional organizational and communication skills, coupled with strategic thinking.
  3. High level of business maturity and ability to interact with senior management on a global scale.
  4. Experience to independently lead critical initiatives.
  5. Professionalism and a strategic mindset.
  6. Project management skills. Proven ability to independently manage complex projects with minimal supervision.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and other relevant software.
  8. Capability to innovate and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  9. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  10. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
