Your daily basis tasks:

  • Supporting the implementation, maintenance, and further development of the ISMS according to ISO/IEC 27001
  • Contributing to the creation, execution, and continuous improvement of the regulatory framework, such as ISMS policies, processes, and procedures
  • Participating in IT security projects
  • Assisting in the development of metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of IT security controls
  • Helping conduct audits in the area of information security
  • Collaborating in the development and execution of security training and awareness programs, including the corresponding campaigns and communications
  • Preparing IT security presentations and reports

What is important from our point of view:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Proven experience in information security management, preferably within an ISO/IEC 27001 environment
  • Knowledge of common frameworks and standards for the development and operation of information security management systems
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity risks and mitigation strategies
  • Very good communication skills in English and good in German to discuss relevant information security and business continuity topics

  • Certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, CISM, or CISA
  • Familiarity with cloud security principles
