Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager with 15 to 20 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) and will play a crucial role in managing and delivering the MDM program, ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead various projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee the implementation of SAP MDG solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables through regular reviews and quality checks.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Facilitate workshops and sessions for clients and internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks proactively.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Show strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Possess a client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SAP MDG technology.

Qualifications

Must Have:

  • 15 to 20 years of experience in program management.
  • Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM).
  • Proven experience in leading and delivering complex projects.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Experience in conducting workshops and sessions.
  • Ability to manage project budgets and resources efficiently.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and mitigating project risks.
  • Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Nice To Have:

  • Experience with SAP MDG solutions.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and advancements in SAP MDG technology.
  • Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Experience working in a hybrid work model.
