You will be responsible for:

  1. Provide front-line HR advisory and transactional support for people related matters in their role as HR guides in policies and processes for the EMEA Region.
  2. Coordinate the triaging and escalation of HR queries across other HR functions; Payroll, Total Rewards, IT, and HRBP teams, to ensure a flawless and consistent HR services is provided to the business.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop "self-service" knowledge content for employees and managers to access via Murray, MyAssistant and ServiceNow.
  4. Support the onboarding process for all incoming employees, ensuring all onboarding requirements are met in a timely manner.
  5. Manage employee data changes and job requisition requests, partnering across HRBPs, Compensation, Finance, and the HR Data Team.
  6. Handle end-to-end employee offboarding, guiding employees and managers through necessary tasks and logistics.
  7. Lead leave, absence and time tracking, benefit administration as well as HR to Payroll month end processing and approvals.
  8. Handle updates to HR policies and procedures for the EMEA Region to align with changes in legislation.
  9. Support HRBPs with reporting requests, maintaining organizational charts and coordinating complex reporting requests.
  10. Collaborate with HR Data team on regular data audits to ensure overall data quality and accuracy.
  11. Support HR Operational projects, striving to drive HR process efficiency as well as employee experiences with HR.
  12. Partner with HRBP teams on client specific projects and tasks, as required.

We are looking for people who have:

  • Generalist/practitioner or related/equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in English and 2 of the following languages; Polish, French, German, Hungarian, Italian and Spanish.
  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey information, ideas, and instructions.
  • Excellent customer experience to provide an outstanding and consistent HR service.
  • Solid attention to detail.
  • Very well organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Experience using Case Management tools, HRIS or equivalent and Microsoft applications.
  • Ability to identify and analyse potential problems or issues.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
