Job Description

We are looking for aSenior Application Support Consultantto join our team inWrocław, supporting customers across the EMEA and UK regions on the Unit4 ERP platform.

This is a senior, hands‑on role. You will play a key role instablisingand strengthening a team that has undergone recent changes,ensuringhigh-quality support delivery while mentoring colleagues and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Alongside managing complex support cases and escalations, you will help develop team capability throughknowledge sharing, training, and coaching, while also gaining exposure to bothUnit4 ERP andERPxthrough structured learning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolvedaily incoming customer support casesacross EMEA and UK regions
• Act as asubject matter expertfor complex issues and escalations
• Provideguidance and mentoringto team members asrequired
• Delivertraining sessionsand support knowledge development within the team
• Take ownership ofescalation management, ensuringtimelyand effective resolution
• Operate within aflat team structure, covering bothfirst-lineand advanced support responsibilities
• Balanceoperational support deliverywithstrategic contributionssuch as mentoring and process improvement
• Contribute tospecial projects and process improvements
• Work across bothUnit4 ERP andERPx, starting with ERP and expanding knowledge via a rotationprogramme

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Proven experience withERP systems (mandatory) ideally in financial module
• Basic SQL skills(querying, troubleshooting)
• StrongEnglish communication skills(written and verbal)
• Ability to manageboth standard support cases and complex escalations
• Willingness to travel toWrocławoffice2–3 times per year

Nice-to-Have

• Advanced SQL knowledge
• Experience inmentoring or coaching colleagues
• Previousexperience handlingescalations in a support environment
