With a global network of manufacturing and distribution facilities, our Client is a leading provider of electrical, safety, and infrastructure solutions.
We are currently looking for an Estimator. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with sales, project management, and drafting to produce estimates and quotes from prints and design specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed estimates and written quotes from customer-provided drawings/specifications that meet project requirements regarding materials, labor, and schedule, including responsibility for Bill of Materials (BOM) and cost estimates.
- Read and understand construction drawings, details, and specifications.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop a proper design, CAD sketch, and solution for our customer.
- Coordinate with outside engineers to stamp and seal submittal packages and manage vendors as necessary.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- A Construction Management or Engineering Related bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of experience in an estimating role within the construction industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD.
- Demonstrable problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
