As a Product Delivery Manager (Game Team), reporting to the Live Games Department Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our main company products and overseeing all aspects of the product development, delivery, and required governance. You will have a unique possibility to drive the success of our award-winning games portfolio.

You will be:

  • Defining the scope and effectively planning the teamwork of the biggest game development team, responsible for the most important company games. Be responsible for a team's productivity, growth, work mood and performance standards.
  • Giving birth to new games/projects: from a concept page in Confluence to a go-live stage. Full responsibility for a release, development and maintenance cycle: concept, game design, UI/UX, marketing, data, studio design, dealer's uniform, and so on until a roll-out.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders (Data Team, Product Design, Backoffice, Compliance, Technical Operations, Marketing, Architects, etc.) to gather and prioritize product requirements and shape the product vision and goals.
  • Receiving permanent feedback/requests from C-level management.
  • Handling burning issues that occur with your product or are somehow affiliated with it.
  • Ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the product vision within the team, facilitating informed decision-making in daily operations.
  • Creating and maintaining the product backlog, ensuring that the products cover all functional, compliance, and technical requirements.
  • Ensuring that functional requirements for new products and features are defined in detail.
  • Owning the product roadmap and continuously aligning with the product organization on deliveries, securing successful outcomes.
  • Defining long-term, short-term (OKRs), and daily work priorities to guide the efforts of the Development Team working in the Scrum approach.
  • Ensuring that new products and features are evaluated for usability and performance in a B2B/B2C environment.
  • Cooperating with other Product Delivery Managers on process improvements and contributing to building an efficient development process throughout the organization.

We believe that you are a high-qualified Product Delivery Manager in the software development industry. You are an excellent communicator and coordinator, possess a product mindset, and are able to define and track proper metrics to drive product success and make decisions based on real data. You have passion and interest in understanding the gaming industry, products, and competitors. You feel confident working under pressure, processing requests that come simultaneously from your team members, direct management, and key company stakeholders.

To succeed in this role you should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Manager/Owner/Product Delivery Manager or Business Analyst in the tech industry is imperative.
  • A minimum of 2 years working with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) or a formal certification and 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Experience working with complex products with multiple dependencies.
  • Experience in building/operating with UI/UX systems and products; sense of style and taste.
  • Excellent or outstanding communication skills.
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
  • A product mindset and analytical skills necessary to define product metrics and focus on driving change.
  • A good level of technical understanding of how tech systems are built and operate.
  • Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
  • An ability to take the bigger picture into account, diving deeper not only into your domain area, being proactive and interested in the things happening around.
  • Able to work in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Adaptable in your approach and able to operate independently as well as part of a team.
